IGN gives Zune best portable 2006 audio award

IGN had a tough decision this year with the iPod as a major competitor. I am happy that IGN chose a device that has plenty of potential for its future.

"For lack of major innovation in the portable audio market in 2006, the Zune takes the win for at least offering some new features. Betting against Apple is a risky game, and only adventurous consumers will likely make the Zune purchase, however, the Zune hardware itself isn't bad thanks to interesting aesthetics, a bright, animated, and well designed UI, and the potential for expanded WiFi capabilities."
